When you place an order, you pay a flat rate of $10 Australia-wide and $35 internationally (some countries will require a higher charge). Please also note that we are not responsible for any duties or further charges payable.

Please note that some items, including headpieces and jewellery can take between 1-2 weeks to be received. Urgent orders can also be accommodated for an additional fee. If you are not sure about the item you are interesting in purchasing, please do not hesitate to contact us by email and we would be happy to assist.

At times, your order may be shipped from different warehouses and you may get items separately.

Please note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. Please note some countries incur a higher shipping charge. Delivery time

Due to COVID-19, there will likely be a delay in receiving your order. All orders receive a tracking number so you can keep and eye on your parcel's progress. 

Please be advised that our jewellery and headpieces usually take about 8 business days to arrive. Our new range of Melbourne Cup Spring Carnival headpieces are available to ship immediately and so are most of our Inika Mineral Cosmetic range although some delay may be experienced during peak times and re-stocking times.We will always keep you advised and up to date on this important information via email or a phone call.

RETURNS

Our return policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.)

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

When will my parcel arrive?

Delivery times depend on where your parcel was sent from and where you are sending it to. We aim to deliver your parcel within 3-5 working days of you lodging it. You can also check with your local post office to confirm our regular parcel delivery times.
