How to use: With iPrime, less is more! Use Concealer Brush #019 or a small sponge to smooth a small amount over eyelids. It should appear almost transparent, not thick. Apply Color Pro Eyeshadow, Shimmer Dust or Color Flash, over the top of iPrime.
